GA-C138 Paper Cup Machine

GA-C138 a latest developed high speed paper cup machine, achieves a stable cup making speed of 150pcs/min and in the actual development test, the maximum speed can reach more than 160pcs/min. we reversed the previous design and redesigned a more optimized mechanical transmission and forming system. Whole machine main transmission parts are equipped with automatic spray oil lubrication system to reduce wear and tear. Its new designed open type intermittent cam system and helical gear transmission are more efficient and compact than those on old model.Cup wall and the bottom of the cup are sealed with LEISTER bottom heaters and EVER GREEN ultrasonic side welder imported from Switzerland and Taiwan. The whole cup making process is controlled and monitored by Delta inverter, Delta servo feeding, Delta PLC, Delta human-computer interaction touch screen, Omron/Fotek proximity switch, Panasonic sensor, etc., thereby improving the performance of the equipment and achieving fast and stable running. High degree of automation and automatic shutdown in case of failure to minimize the labor intensity of workers and achieve operational safety.The machine runs with low noise, high degree of automation and stable performance, suitable for large-scale and long-term production.

The automatic paper fan input conveynor,Saves a lot of labor costs and shortens the number of paper placements	The sheet paper will be sucked down and pushed forward, and the two sides of the paper are preheated by the Leister heater, so that the side seam of the cup sleeve is bonded better under the action of ultrasonic waves during the high-speed operation of the machine	The cup sleeve pressing device adopts a reversible structure, which is convenient to clean the abnormal cup sleeve in time when the machine fails.The device is equipped with cooling fans, which makes the cup sleeve cool down immediately after ultrasonic high-temperature bonding	The cup sleeve and the bottom of the cup are heated by two Switzerland Leister heaters, the heating effect is well, and the coating on the bottom of the cup is more fully softened

Rotary bottom curling device pre-folds the end of the cup sleeve inwards to prepare for sealing with the paper cup bottom. The rotary curling makes the bottom curling more uniform,more firmly bonded and more beautiful. If the paper cup with double PE coated, we pre-install the bottom silicone oil lubrication device to make the bottom curling easier	The machine adopts twice curling , Compared with once curling, twice curling is more suitable on high speed machine which makes the cup curling more compact and better-looking	After the twice hot air gun heating and inward pre-folding, the paper cup bottom will be completely sealed well by the embossing and sealing device. The device is equipped with an automatic lubrication system, which absorbs the heat generated by the rotating friction of the knurling wheel, making the knurling run more smoothly. If produce paper cups with double PE coated, we pre-install anti-drop cups and water circulation cooling devices.But the industrial chiller needs to be purchased additionally	Before the top curling ,the cup top will be dipped by the food grade silicone oil to make the curling top pressure well-distributed to avoid the burst, which will improve the paper cup aesthetic degree.Excess silicone oil can be recycled ，also save silicone oil costs

Direct paper cup bottom punching device controlled by servo motor which is more accurate and paper-saving. Adopt stretch knife, long service life	Camera detection system has the function of screening and eliminating bad cups (stains, cracks and wrinkles inside the cup), which greatly saves the cost of manual screening	Box structure, filling oil by spray lubrication system, reduce damage, cooling effective， machine can run fast.Due to box structure and insulate bottom&top,per year oil change 2 times (circulate use 6 months).It makes machine easy maintenance&cleaning, also save oil costs.
